Is it safe to pay before work is done?
Yes — SuprosNetworxs holds your payment and only releases it to the provider once you sign a Certificate of Completion confirming the work (or milestone) is done to your satisfaction. The same protection applies to installment payments: each one is held until its specific milestone is signed off, not released all at once upfront. If you're not satisfied, you can reject the Certificate of Completion with a reason, which raises a complaint we arbitrate directly — since your payment stays in escrow, there's no risk of lost funds while that's being resolved.
