You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All service providers, suppliers, and professionals must undergo our rigorous vetting process, including:

- Cross-references with industry associations and regulatory bodies
- Client testimonials and performance reviews
- Compliance with legal frameworks and building regulations
4. Construction Projects and Deliverables
While we facilitate connections and provide project management services, SuprosNetworxs does not directly execute construction work. All construction projects, quotes, and deliverables are subject to agreements between clients and individual service providers. We provide oversight and coordination but do not guarantee specific project outcomes.
5. Payments, Fees, and Financial Transactions

7. Quality Assurance and Disputes

SuprosNetworxs may provide mediation services but is not responsible for project-specific disagreements. Consistent poor performance may result in removal from the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, AI matching technology, and branding remain the intellectual property of SuprosNetworxs. Construction designs, project plans, and proprietary information shared by stakeholders remain their respective property.
9. Limitation of Liability
SuprosNetworxs acts as an aggregation platform and is not liable for construction defects, project delays, safety incidents, or contractual breaches between clients and service providers. We facilitate connections but do not assume responsibility for the actual execution of construction work. Our liability is limited to platform service fees paid.
10. Data Protection and Privacy

11. Termination
